Had a lovely late lunch/early dinner dine-in experience at Fazoli's. I couldn't decide on just one thing, so I ordered the oven-baked classic sampler (includes spaghetti, alfredo, and lasagna) and found all of it to be great. The breadsticks in particular were phenomenal. They definitely blow any other restaurant's breadsticks out of the water. However, what really made this dining experience stand out to me was the customer service. Despite being a casual chain, I had some of the best service at this Fazoli's that I've had at ANY restaurant in a very, very long time. Tim, the employee who assisted us, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite, and went above and beyond in making sure that we had everything we needed. I can definitely recommend this establishment based on the quality service alone.
10/23/24 Enjoyed a nice and quiet dinner. I ordered the three meat tortellini with salad. It was good especially their breadsticks!
Love this place. We don't have one. Recieved the absolute best service from Nate and Mgr Jin. Good service goes a long way. Food was hot and flavorful. Love the new dishes. That have been added with the spice!
I was passing through and decided to try Fazoli’s for the first time and I’m so happy I did! They have a lunch special for two entrees, two breadsticks and a drink for 7.99. I got lasagna and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Everything was hot and delicious! The breadsticks were soft and garlicky like I like them 10/10 also the young lady at the drive through was very nice and greeted me with a smile!
The staff was friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. It's been over a decade since I've dined at a fazoli's, and it is still as great as yester year. Very pleased with this location.
We came in on our way home back from a vacation since we don’t have one in our area anymore (they all closed down in the mid/early 2000s where we live). It was always one of my dad’s favorite places to eat. When we found this one was right off the highway on our way back, I had to make sure we stopped here! It was very delicious, they were very nice and service was great! I got the grand sampler because I wanted a little of everything and my spouse got the baked spaghetti and it all came out fast and tasted great :) Thanks for an awesome walk down memory lane for me and delicious food to share with family :)
Went through the drive thru tonight for dinner. I ordered the Chicken and broccoli penne, which came with a salad. I also ordered their 10 boneless mild wings. The Penne, and salad was very fresh. The bread sticks are always amazing! It was a delicious meal, I truly enjoyed it! The service at the drive thru was very professional.
Only done online orders for pickup at drive thru but the last 3 times have been absolutely delicious! So happy I moved to an area that has this chain...originally all the locations closed in Arizona. Great inexpensive Italian food!
